Paper Pumpkin: Sprinkled with Love Kit

Sometimes you need a little nudge to start crafting. That’s where Paper Pumpkin comes in.

For this week’s Global Design Project Challenge, I used May’s Paper Pumpkin kit: Sprinkled with Love to get my project going. I thought the kit worked perfectly for this sketch challenge. You can say I got a head start by using these fun ready-to-go pieces.

The donut shape was pre-cut, ink, stamps and embellishments were also included in the kit. I didn’t even have to think about coordinating colors. Paper Pumpkin is all-inclusive—making it fun to start crafting.

You can make a Paper Pumpkin kit as it comes or you can add your own twist. For example, I cut one of the striped envelope bags to use as my background. It mimics the stripes in the sketch. The donut hole reminded me of the circle shape, there were banners for the sentiment and there was even some string included in the kit. Could this have been more perfect for this week’s sketch?

This kit included supplies to make nine donut-shaped cards and matching envelope bags. Such a fun kit! Think how easy it would be to have cards on hand and ready when you need them. You’ll have fun making them and they’re practical too.

As as Paper Pumpkin subscriber, you’ll be able to order past kits as well, so if there’s a kit you love, you can get more supplies with a refill kit or get a past kit you may have missed. Here’s a look at what’s included in a typical Paper Pumpkin Kit:

What a clever fellow, I almost said clever boy sorry too many Dr Who reruns. It’s actually quite brilliant to use components of the PP kit as they works so well with the sketch. Great job you clever boy.
