Pocketful of Sunshine by Stampin' Up!

Welcome to another Global Design Project challenge. This week we are working with the theme: “Show Me the Sunshine.” I couldn’t think of a better bundle for this theme than the Pocketful of Sunshine stamp set and Framelits bundle by Stampin’ Up!

Pocket Framelits Dies by Stampin' Up!

My card today starts with an A2 Whisper White Card base. It’s 4-1/4″ x 8-1/2″, scored and folded vertically. I sponged Daffodil Delight ink in a circular fashion on the upper-left portion of the card.

Next I cut a piece of our retiring Soft Sky cardstock with a cloud shape from the Rainbow Builder Framelits set. And then the fun begins…

I embossed the pocket and sentiment from the Pocketful of Sunshine stamp set using White Stampin’ Emboss Powder on retiring Dapper Denim Cardstock. I layered the pocket over another piece of Dapper Denim card and a Stitched Circle of Crushed Curry cardstock. I also drew a stitched border with a white gel pen.

A few (retiring) Regals and Subtles Enamel Shapes add a little more fun to the card.

I hope you enjoyed the card today. Join us at Global Design Project this week. You’ll find lots more inspiration and please do share your creations. Thanks for visiting!
